About me

I have spent over a decade sitting in rooms with people navigating grief, madness, and vulnerability. My work is less about ‘fixing’ and more about ‘witnessing’—holding space for the memories, childhood burdens, and social pressures that have been frozen in your history. I am not just a clinician; I am a listener who believes that your symptoms are not errors, but meaningful expressions of your past.

In my journey, I have found that a therapeutic relationship built on warmth, curiosity, and a deep awareness of the psyche’s structures can help us feel emotionally alive again. I offer a space where we can make sense of your journey together, looking at the painful, unintegrated parts of your history with compassion so that healing can begin.

My practice is dedicated to helping individuals navigate complex emotional landscapes that require a careful, non-rushing approach. I specialize in:

  • Complex & Developmental Trauma (C-PTSD) and early childhood experiences.
  • Deep Emotional Distress: Depression, anxiety, and the sense of feeling disconnected from oneself.
  • Grief & Bereavement: Sitting with the heavy emptiness of profound loss.
  • The Somatic Mind: Working with chronic somatic pain where the body holds what the mind cannot yet express.
  • Identity & Relational Vulnerability: Navigating identity challenges and hypersexuality with safety and without judgment.

My clinical path has always been driven by a desire to understand the whole person, rather than a diagnostic label. I hold a Master’s degree in Psycho-Social Clinical Studies from Ambedkar University, Delhi, where my research focused heavily on exploring the deeply human, lived experience of psychosis and schizophrenia. This was followed by an Advanced Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi.

Over the last ten years, I have served as a psychotherapist and counselor across diverse settings, from university wellness centers to dedicated clinical spaces. Today, I maintain an online private practice on Zoom, offering depth-oriented psychotherapy to individuals seeking a closer, more authentic relationship with their inner world.

I believe that meaningful clinical practice is deeply intertwined with continuous inquiry and active participation in the global therapeutic community. I hold active memberships with:

  • IARPP (The International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis & Psychotherapy)
  • ISPS (International Society for Psychological and Social Approaches to Psychosis)
