Growing up is different when a seat at the table is empty—physically or emotionally. Whether through loss, separation, or the “invisible” absence of a parent who was there but couldn’t see you, the impact is profound. Many of us grew up too fast, stepping into roles we weren’t ready for, and learning that our needs came last.
This often leaves us as adults navigating anxious or avoidant attachments, struggling to find our true identity, or feeling like we don’t quite know how to be intimate without losing ourselves.
What is this Listening Circle?
This is a small, intimate group (3–4 people) to share the challenges and triumphs of your journey. Here, you are no longer invisible. You will be seen and heard deeply by others who truly understand the “waves” you’ve been swimming in.
This circle is a supportive community space and a supplement to—not a substitute for—individual psychotherapy.
